Seat manufacturer​

The Bastiat factory was created in 1964 by Marcelle and Joseph Bastiat. Children of Hagetmau, they met at the end of the 1950s at the Capdevielle factory. Where they had learned their trades, one in the carpentry workshop, the other in the finishing workshop. In 1986 their son Alain joined the family business, followed by his wife Genevieve in 1993.

In 2014 they launched, in partnership with several designers, the BOSC collection. In 2018 the company was awarded the Living Heritage Company label, a state recognition mark distinguishing French companies with excellent artisanal and industrial know-how.
